Trader and contract

The trader is identified in the public details above. We sell to consumers in Cyprus in this first release. An order is accepted only after stock, delivery, age and payment checks succeed and we send confirmation to the email supplied at checkout.

Products, price and delivery

Product pages show the main characteristics and any safety information supplied with the product. Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery restrictions, the delivery charge and the final total are shown before payment. Unless another time is agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

Payment obligation

Submitting checkout details opens Stripe for the final total. Completing the payment step places an order with an obligation to pay. Stripe processes payment details; AIRSOFTCY does not store full card numbers.

Withdrawal and faulty goods

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery for eligible goods. The procedure, return costs and model withdrawal form are in the returns policy. This is separate from the two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. The legal guarantee is not reduced by any commercial warranty or by these terms.

Responsible use

Airsoft equipment must be used lawfully, safely and only at suitable sites. The buyer is responsible for following Cyprus law, site rules and manufacturer instructions. A basket containing a replica requires adult identity verification; accessory-only orders do not. We may refuse or cancel an order where a legal, safety, identity or payment check is not satisfied.

Complaints and disputes

Contact the trader using the details above with your order reference so we can resolve a complaint. Where applicable, consumers may also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service and its Consumer Helpline on 1429. We are willing to consider an appropriate consumer ADR process after a complaint has been raised with us.
