Delivery

We deliver to Cyprus addresses shown as eligible at checkout. The delivery charge and the final total are shown before payment. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered, unless you arranged your own carrier.

14-day right of withdrawal

For eligible goods bought online, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. Tell us clearly by email before returning anything; sending the goods back alone is not enough. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect them as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.

How to withdraw

Email the trader shown above. You may use this model withdrawal form:

We refund the payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of notification. We may wait until the goods or proof of return reaches us. Unless the item is faulty or we failed to tell you about the cost, you pay the direct return cost. The return address is the one shown in the trader details above unless we give you a different approved return instruction.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

The 14-day withdrawal right is not the same as the two-year legal guarantee. If goods are faulty or not as described, contact us: we will provide the statutory remedy, normally repair or replacement at no cost, or a price reduction or refund where required. Return and collection costs for a defect are ours.

Safety-related exceptions

Any exception to withdrawal must be one permitted by law and will be explained before purchase. It does not remove the legal guarantee for faulty goods. Airsoft equipment must not be used, transported or returned in a way that breaches Cyprus safety or weapons rules.
